This part time online program offers qualified veterinarians the opportunity to further develop their skills to contribute to applied conservation projects.

This online program prepares professionals to tackle the wide range of intractable and highly complex health challenges of the 21st Century.

This practical course in India and Kenya is offered collaboratively by the Zoological Society of London, the Wildlife Institute of India, the University of Edinburgh, the Royal Veterinary College, the University of Melbourne, Toronto Zoo, Kenya Wildlife Service and the Wildlife Research and Training Institute.

This course is designed to strengthen the project management and leadership skills of conservation and natural resource professionals who are currently, or will be, managing staff and projects often under challenging conditions.

The University of Edinburgh is a provider of SAB-accredited Home Office licensee courses, including a PIL A/B course for those undertaking regulated research with small wild mammals in the field and in captivity.

Wildlife disease risk analysis for conservation translocation

We co-run training workshops on wildlife disease risk analysis (health risk analysis) for wildlife veterinarians and conservation practitioners, in partnership with the Institute of Zoology, Zoological Society of London. We tend to hold at least one workshop per year, whether at the Zoological Society of London or at various conferences.
