Over the past 40 years the Dick Vet Equine Hospital has been at the forefront of advances in equine dentistry. The Dentistry team is led by three senior clinicians making this one of the largest equine dentistry teams in the UK. Dr Mattie McMaster, a boarded specialist in equine surgery, Dr Beka Kennedy, a boarded specialist in equine dentistry and Dr Richard Reardon is dual-boarded in equine surgery and dentistry.This Service is one of seven specialist-led services at the Hospital, and is supported by colleagues in equine medicine, anaesthesia, diagnostic imaging and orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery.
