The Animal Welfare Centre's aim is to improve the quality of life for all animals through education, research, training and by influencing policy at the highest level. The Centre will actively seek to make determined progress towards a situation where enhancement of animal welfare is an international priority and where the boundaries of what is currently legally acceptable will be constantly challenged for the benefit of animals. We hope to achieve far-reaching changes in people’s attitudes and knowledge through instruction and training at all levels. Through education, research, and community engagement, we are committed to fostering a world where animals thrive, positively impacting both their lives and the people who depend on them.
