Because we cannot guarantee the conditions they have been stored under once medicines leave the hospital, dispensed medicines cannot be re-used and therefore cannot be refunded. If you feel your animal has been prescribed too large a quantity of any medicine, please let us know before you leave the hospitals.I can’t administer the medicine to my pet, what do I do?If you are having difficulties giving any medicine to your pet, please let us know. We may be able to prescribe a different formulation or give you a device to aid with administering tablets.
