Deposit and Financial Guarantee

Your deposit can be paid online by credit or debit card as per the details below.

This deposit is only refundable if you change your mind about studying with us within 14 days of payment or you fail to meet the conditions of your offer.

The International/Graduate Fees for admission in 2026/2027 are £41,700 per year (fixed for the full duration of the course).

Paying your BVM&S Deposit by Credit/Debit Card

Step 1

• Access the University's Online Store
• Scroll down to find the BVM&S Fee Deposit item.
• Add this to your basket, then click 'Proceed to Basket' followed by 'Proceed to Checkout'.

Step 2

• Assuming that you have not made a payment to the University using the ePay system before, enter a valid email address and select "Register as a new customer". Fill out the registration form with all requested details to create your ePay account and continue to the next page.
• If you have made a payment via ePay before, enter the email address you used previously together with the password you set up.

Step 3

• Add the forename and surname of the student for whom the deposit payment is being made - please make sure this corresponds to the details held by the Admissions Team so that the payment can be matched to the correct individual.
• Select your billing address or enter a new address if different to the one you registered with. Your billing address must match the address at which the credit or debit card you use for the payment is registered.

Step 4

• Enter your card details and continue to the next page.
• You will be able to review all your details before making the payment.
• After making the payment you will receive a confirmation email.

In addition to paying your deposit, we also ask that you complete and submit an online Financial Guarantee Form by 06 May 2026 via the following link. Failure to submit a completed form may result in the withdrawal of your offer.
