Extra Mural Studies (EMS) "Seeing Practice" has been a requirement for all veterinary students in the UK since 1932 and is currently referred to as Extra Mural Studies (EMS). Deposit and Financial Guarantee If you ‘firmly’ accept our offer, you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £3,500 towards your first year’s fee by 10 May. You are also required to complete a Financial Guarantee Form with a deadline of 10 May.
