BVM&S CertAVP MRCVS Image Andy graduated from the Dick Vet in 2003, and since then has worked in mixed practice (mainly large animal) in Wales and Scotland. He has also travelled extensively, undertaking several periods of charity work in India as a volunteer vet. In addition to large animal medicine and surgery, Andy’s eclectic mix of professional interests include developing world education and treatment programmes, and companion animal pain management. Andy has joined the practice as a lecturer/clinician, and is studying towards an RCVS Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice. Teaching Andy is involved in lecturing in the Farm Animal Clinical Course in 4th year, and also teaches hands-on practical farm animal medicine and surgery as part of the Farm Animal Practice rotation in final year.
