Deposit and Financial Guarantee

If you ‘firmly’ accept our offer, you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £3,500 towards your first year’s fee by 6 June. You are also required to complete a Financial Guarantee Form with a deadline of 6 June.

Payment of Deposit

Your deposit can be paid online by credit card, as per the details below. 

This deposit is only refundable if you change your mind about studying with us within 14 days of payment or you fail to meet the conditions of your offer.

The full-cost fee for admission in 2025/2026 is £39,700 fixed for the full duration of the course. Full fee students may also elect to make a one-off payment prior to the commencement of the course

Paying your BVM&S Deposit by Credit/Debit Card

Step 1

  • Assuming that you have not made a payment to the University using the ePay system before, enter a valid email address and select "Register as a new customer". Fill out the registration form with all requested details to create your ePay account and continue to the next page 
  • If you have made a payment before enter the email address you used previously together with the password you selected

Step 3

  • Add the forename and surname of the student for whom the deposit payment is being made - please make sure this corresponds to the details held by the Admissions Team so the payment can be matched to the correct individual
  • Select your billing address or enter a new address if different to the one you registered with. Your billing address must match the address at which the credit or debit card you use for the payment is registered

Step 4

  • Enter your card details and continue to the next page
  • You will be able to review all your details before making the payment 
  • After making the payment you will receive a confirmation email
