If your pet is admitted to the Hospital for Small Animals, we endeavour to make the visit as stress free as possible. Where possible, we try to maintain some of their daily routine to help your pet to feel more relaxed. To help us, we would be obliged if you can complete this short questionnaire. Opt-out of specific nutritional diet During your pets stay with us we will feed a diet appropriate to our pet’s specific nutritional requirements.
