Information submitted to the DHHPS via the Sheet 2 online form is used for the purposes of producing Quarterly Herd Health reports as part of either the White Gold Scheme or DHHPS membership. Copies of these reports will be sent to your veterinary surgeon unless you request otherwise.

Online Sheet 2 data

Any data is submitted is used soley within the DHHPS and is not passed on to any third party organisations other than where appropriate for members of the White Gold service.

Periodically analysis is carried out of all monthly report data for research purposes. All data is anonymised before any analysis is done. (have they already agreed to this as part of the WG deal?)

Email addresses

Email addresses sent to the DHHPS either from the online sheet 2 form or when submitting blood samples will be retained and used to send a quarterly DHHPS newsletter. If you do not wish to recieve a copy of this newsletter via the email please contact the office on dhhps@ed.ac.uk and your email address will be removed from our list.
