The application forms necessary for various proceedures are detailed on this page.

Intention to submit

All candidates must notify the College Postgraduate Secretary of their intention to submit their work for examination. This notification must be given on a form obtainable from College Offices and should normally be made at least two months before the thesis is submitted.

Interruption of Studies

If a student needs to suspend their studies for any reason (eg ill-health) applications for an interruption of your studies should be submitted by completing the following form.

Students should send application for interruption to their supervisor who will add his/her support before passing the form onto the School Director of Postgraduate studies. The form then goes to the Postgraduate Office at the College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine who will approve or disallow the interruption.

Extension of studies

If a student does not submit within 48 months, an application for an extension should be made on the following form.
