LARIF received over £11 million from the Centre for Innovation Excellence in Livestock (CIEL), a legacy organisation of the UK Agri-Tech Centre.

The UK Agri-Tech Centre bridges the gap between academia and industry.  

In the context of farmed livestock, it identifies the key challenges and provides world-leading, applied solutions through a research base of leading UK academic institutions, including the University of Edinburgh.
