Contributions from a large number of researchers Summary Over the years we have contributed to a collection of software collectively called as AlphaSuite. The AlphaSuite was initiated by the former AlphaGenes research group led by John Hickey and supported by Gregor Gorjanc. The AlphaSuite contatins tools for simulation, phasing, imputation, estimation of genetic effects, selection and mating optimisation.
