Willow Fox

PhD Student

Willow joined the LBEP in September 2019 on the BBSRC EastBio Phd Programme. Her project is focused on identifying novel therapeutic targets for the control of bovine Staphylococcus aureus mastitis.

Willow completed an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences at Durham University. This was followed by a Master of Science by Research supervised by Dr Gary Sharples, also at Durham, studying endonucleases from bacteriophages that infect Escherichia coli. In her spare time, Willow enjoys baking, horse riding and looking after her pets.
