Registration fees and deadlines for Avian Immunology Research Group Meeting 2026 to be held at The Roslin Institute, 2 - 4 September 2026.

The registration fee includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Opening ceremony on Tuesday 1 September (including canapes, soft drinks/wine/beer)
  • Lunch, snacks and refreshments during scheduled breaks (Wednesday – Friday)
  • Social event and evening dinner on Wednesday 2 September (including soft drinks/wine/beer)
  • Conference dinner and ceilidh on Thursday 3 September (including soft drinks/wine/beer)
  • Return bus transfers to/from Pollock Estate - The Roslin Institute (Wednesday and Thursday ONLY)
  • Bus transfer from Pollock Estate to The Roslin Institute on Friday 4 September.

The registration fee does not include accommodation.

Letters of invitation

Do you require a letter of invitation? If so, please email AIRG2026@ed.ac.uk giving the following information: the address of the embassy (consulate) where you will be applying for a visa, your name, address, date of birth, nationality, passport number, date of passport issue and passport expiry date.

Terms and conditions

Upon receipt of your completed registration form you will receive an email confirmation. Registration is valid on receipt of payment and payment will be taken in full at the time of completion.

Payments can be made by credit card or invoice. All payments will be made in GBP and are inclusive of 20% VAT. Personal cheques and foreign currency are not accepted.
