The submission of an abstract is optional. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the Scientific Committee.

26 June 2026: Abstract submission closes

03 August 2026: Notification of acceptance for Oral or Poster presentation 

More details concerning the format of poster presentations will be available in July 2026.

Guidelines for authors

Length: The abstract should not exceed more than 250 words (figures are not allowed).

Authors: You MUST enter the names of ALL authors, including yourself if you are an author, in the order in which you wish them to appear in the printed text.

Sessions: Please select a topic which is most relevant to your abstract;
