Do you eat animals? Many people do, many people do not. Many people are concerned with animal welfare, regardless of their own food choices. What is the role of animal sourced foods in the food system? Learn about protein sources in human diets, animal welfare, livestock policies, and data on livestock around the world. Do we have to eat animals to get enough protein? Animals have complex and rich lives that deserve respect, and it is possible for livestock raised for food to have good lives.
