Mr B Raghavendra is a Data Collector in Kurnool District on the BLOOM study. Prior to joining us, Raghavendra worked as a Supervisor in ESIC Mobile Dispensary for three year and previously gained experience while working as a Data Entry Operator in the health sector. Raghavendra holds a BCom degree from Rayalaseema University in Kurnool.

Mr Shaik Mahaboob Basha is a data collector for Kurnool district on the BLOOM study. Before joining us, Basha worked with several Not-for profit organisations including PHFI and PLAN NGO for five years including a project related to anti child labour. S M Basha holds a Bachelor’s degree from SK University, Anantapur, A.P.

Mr. Madasu Madhubabu is a dedicated Data Collector in the BLOOM project, working since January 1, 2023. Based in Kurnool District, Andhra Pradesh, Madhu brings a wealth of field experience and a solid academic foundation, holding a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Anantapur. He is proficient in coordinating large-scale surveys, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring the integrity of data collected from rural communities. Madhu utilizes digital data collection tools such as Google Forms and Epicollect, supports project execution in rural settings, and collaborates effectively with field teams and community members. He is known for his attention to detail, positive approach to field challenges, and commitment to high-quality research standards. Fluent in Telugu and Kannada, and conversant in English and Hindi, Madhu’s communication skills and professional attitude make him a valuable member of the BLOOM study’s field operations team.

Ms. Dudekala Pavani

Ms. Dudekala Pavani  is a skilled Data Collector for the BLOOM study, working in the Nandyal District since June 1, 2024. As a member of the BLOOM Field Team, she is responsible for gathering, organizing, and ensuring the accuracy of field data to support research on global agriculture and food systems. Pavani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics from Rayalaseema University, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, and brings a strong foundation in data management, survey operations, and front desk administration. Her experience includes coordinating large-scale surveys, handling inquiries, managing records efficiently, and ensuring data integrity through systematic documentation and validation. Pavani’s organizational and time-management skills, along with her background in both independent and team-based roles, make her a valuable asset to the  BLOOM  study’s research objectives.

Mr Suresh Tulasi is a Field Supervisor for Anakapalli and Visakhapatnam Districts on the BLOOM study. Before joining us, Suresh worked as a Research Assistant on the MPOWER Project relating to hypertension prevention for the Centre for Chronic Disease Control for five years. Prior to that he worked for several non-profit organisations including Pratham, Srujanavani, and Childline. Suresh holds a MA in Sociology from Andhra University.

Mr Ramesh S. is a Data Collector for the Anakapalli District on the BLOOM study. Before joining us, Ramesh worked on promoting natural farming in Anakapalli for the non-profit organisation Srujanavani for two years. He also gained experience working with farmer producer organisations. Ramesh holds a BA from Gitam University in Andhra Pradesh.

Ms Sallamma R is a Data Collector for Anakapalli District on the BLOOM study. Before joining us, Sallamma worked on the UDAY Project relating to hypertension prevention for the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) for eight years. She previously worked for the Magic Bus Foundation which promotes livelihoods for young women and also gained experience as an Economics teacher. Sallamma holds a MA in Economics from Andhra University.
