We are offering the following registration packages:
- Early bird package without conference dinner/ceilidh (up to 31/5/26): £400
Early bird package without conference dinner/ceilidh (up to 31/5/26), student: £300
- Early bird package with conference dinner/ceilidh (up to 31/5/26): £475
Early bird package with conference dinner/ceilidh (up to 31/5/26), student: £375
- Standard package without conference dinner/ceilidh (1/6/26-14/8/26): £450
Standard package without conference dinner/ceilidh (1/6/26-14/8/26), student: £350
- Standard package with conference dinner/ceilidh (1/6/26-14/8/26): £525
- Standard package with conference dinner/ceilidh (1/6/26-14/8/26), student: £425
Travel bursaries for students
Note that we have a small amount of funding to cover travel and conference expenses for one or more students from a ‘least developed country’ who wishes to present at the conference. If you wish to be considered for such a bursary then please note this on the registration page. If you are selected we will ask you to provide appropriate evidence.
